Hi, I'm Jim Elliot,

I'm a graduate of UC Berkeley, been a Half Moon Bay Realtor since 1993, I've been licensed as a General Contractor since 1976, as an engineering contractor since 1985. I'm an allied member of AIA , a member of Inventor's Alliance, and I'm Co/Owner of Del Mar Properties since 1996 and a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Prior to moving into Real Estate, I lived on a 40' Wood Sloop for about 8 years and did a significant amount of racing in the San Francisco Bay and on the Ocean (mostly other people's boats), I was flattered to sing a show with Lamplighters, I'm a UC Berkeley grad, and I can still play my trumpet and guitars....
